  2. Setelah mendidih masukan Larutan maizena,aduk sebentar,angkat..Lanjut..kembali ke rendaman ayam tadi..tusuk daging ayam berselang-seling dengan cabe merah & daun bawang.
  3. Kemudian bakar sambil sesekali diolesi sisa rendaman tadi,bakar sampai matang,angkat lalu letakan dipiring saji,taburi dengan wijen sangrai…selesai👌😉 sajikan dengan sausnya..
